Suggested
Use:
As a dietary supplement, take one or two tablets in the morning, or
prior to intense physical activities, or situations requiring focused
concentration. Do not take with any other stimulant or weight-loss supplement.
Do not exceed two (2) TABLETS in any 24-hour period. If you haven't
used this supplement previously, begin by taking one tablet per day
for three days prior to increasing the dose.
Warnings: Do not take if you are pregnant or breast feeding, elderly
or under the age of 18, chronically ill, or taking any prescription
