How Does a Delivery
System Work?
Dextrose
and Maltodextrin
Dextrose,
also known as dglucose, is a high glycemic carbohydrate (sugar)
that can potently stimulate the secretion of insulin. Insulin is the
hormone that travels throughout the bloodstream to deliver creatine
to the muscle cells.
Maltodextrin,
a low glycemic carbohydrate, is comprised of repeating linked units
of dextrose. It has a distinct benefit over regular dextrose: it allows
more dextrose molecules to be absorbed over any given period of time,
therefore, it delivers glucose quicker than regular dextrose, which
stimulates insulin to an even further degree over a prolonged period.

SUGGESTED USE
Mix 60 g (two scoops) with 250 mL (9 ounces) of water and consume immediately
after your workout. On non-workout days, consume before breakfast. Due
to the rapid uptake of this product, stomach irritation may occur; if
so, increase water or consume with a meal.
