Helps to regulate circadian rhythms and improve sleep quality related
to sleep disorders/jet lag.
Recommended dose:
Sleep disorders: a typical dose is between 0.25-10 mg/day.
Jet Lag: 2-8 mg/day starting 3 days before the flight and continuing
for 3-5 days after arrival.
Duration
of use:
For use beyond 9 weeks, consult a health care provider.
Non-Medicinal
Ingredients: Microcystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate NF.
Warning: May cause headache, transient depression,
daytime fatigue, daytime drowsiness, dizziness, reduced alertness, abdominal
cramps, or irritability. Consult a health care provider prior to use
if you have cerebral palsy, diabetes, liver disease, seizure disorders,
depression and/or hypertension or if you are taking blood pressure medications.
Do not use if you are taking immunosuppressive drugs. Do not drive or
use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Do not use if you
are pregnant or breastfeeding.
