Recommended dose:
Dosage - Adults:Take one tablespoon (15 mL) per day or as directed by your health care professional. Can be mixed with juice or water. The effects can be felt after one month of regular use.

In case of intense pain, you can double the daily dose without risk or take 15 mL of REELIV5 concentrate in a little bit of juice and keep under the tongue for at least 30 seconds before swallowing.

The dosage must be adjusted according to each individual’s weight and sensitivity.
