A ketogenic diet forces your body’s primary source of fuel from carbohydrates to fats.

Carbohydrates contained in food are converted into glucose, which is transported around the body fueling brain-function.

If there is little carbohydrate in the diet, the liver converts fat into fatty acids and ketone bodies.

Ketone bodies pass into the brain and replace glucose as an energy source.


Ketogentic DietThe classic ketogenic diet contains 70% of calories from fat, 20% of calories from protein and low net carbs.

By excluding high-carbohydrate foods such as starchy fruits and vegetables, bread, pasta, grains and sugar, while increasing the consumption of foods high in fat such as nuts, cream, and butter.

MCT Ketogenic diet uses a form of coconut oil, which is rich in MCTs, to provide around half the calories of other fat sources.

BHB Ketones (beta-hydroxybutyrate) help you get into ketosis and put your body into fat-burning state. BHB Keytones tell your body that you want to use keytones instead of carbohydrates for energy.
