Regen X has been specially designed into a 4:1:1+ ratio meaning it contains a much higher ration of L-Leucine than other BCAA products, which are typically 2:1:1. 4:1:1 BCAA Complex:

L-Leucine the "main" amino acid for muscle building, leucine activates mTOR, which stimulates muscle protein synthesis. Creates an Insulin spike improving intracellular transportation and nutrient absorption and blunting catabolism.
