How to use Cool Down:
• For relief from general anxiety, cortisol dysregulation, mood issues, and to improve sleep: 1-2 capsules with dinner, and 1-2 capsules 60 minutes before bed.
• To promote enhanced recovery on training days (evening workouts): 1-2 capsules with postworkout meal, and 1-2 capsules 60 minutes before bed.
