INGREDIENT SCIENCE

L-Carnitine – An amino acid that plays a vital role in the metabolism of fat. Carnitine functions as a transporter of fatty acids into the mitochondria, the “metabolic furnace” of the cell where the fat is then oxidized and used for fuel. L-Carnitine also improves endurances, decreases fatigue and limits muscle damage during resistance exercise by clearing muscle lactate and increasing anabolic hormone response.

Raspberry Ketone - A natural compound that can exert fat-burning effects on various areas of the fat cell. These effects may be similar to those of ephedrine and synephrine by increasing the metabolism, the rate at which the body burns fat, and reducing appetite. 

 

 

 

RECOMMENDED USE

Mix 1 scoop of Beyond Yourself KETO-ICE (1.3g of carnitine) with 6-8 oz of cold water and consume 2 to 4 hours prior to exercise.
