( 67 overweight volunteers participated in a double-blind randomized, placebo-controlled trial to evaluate abdominal fat loss under two conditions. All participants were engaged in a modest weight loss program. 31 participants were given a key ingredient in Blade® whereas the other 36 were given a placebo. Results of abdominal adiposity decreased to a greater extent in the group supplementing with a key ingredient in Blade® by 517%. Fat oxidation was also measured using indirect calorimetry in both groups at rest. How to Use:
Always begin with 1 capsule in a 24 hour period to assess tolerance. Take 1 serving (2 capsules) upon rising and 1 serving mid-afternoon with 8-12 oz of water Do not take within 5 hours of sleep.
