RECOMMENDED DOSE
Adults: (Loading Phase) Take 1 scoop (5 g) mixed into water or your favourite beverage 3-4 times per day for the first 5-7 days. Not to exceed 5 g per dose. (Maintenance Phase) Thereafter, take 1 scoop (5 g) daily.
