Directions: Mix 1 scoop of FRUIT BLAST in 250 ml of water, use more or less water to taste.
Pre-workout – load up on protein to help prevent muscle catabolism as your body looks for fuel during your workout. Drink a FRUIT BLAST 30 minutes before your workout.
Post Workout – take fruit blast with a carbohydrate source to replenish muscle after a hard workout, ideally consume the drink within 30 – 60 minutes of your workout completion for maximum protein absorption.
