Adults ≥ 18 years of age & ≥ 65kg in weight: Mix 1 scoop of Precision PSYCHO™ into 500 ml cold water immediately before consumption. Consume preferably on an empty stomach 30 minutes before exercising.Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond one month. Not for prolonged use. To assess tolerance in caffeine sensitive individuals, start with half a scoop for the first week, gradually increasing to the therapeutic dose of one full scoop. This product is designed for adults ≥ 65kg in weight.Cautions: Do not use if you have high blood pressure, are pregnant or breastfeeding, had a heart attack/myocardial infarction, or have cardiovascular disease risk factors (e.g. high blood pressure, high cholesterol and/or triglycerides, obesity) or glaucoma.
