Suggested Dose (Adults)

Chew 1 tablet with breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a total of 3 tablets per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Cautions

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners, cardiac glycosides such as digitalis/digoxin, medications for blood pressure, diabetes, high blood pressure or seizures, if you are a tobacco smoker, or if symptoms persist or worsen.
