Age Specific – Our needs change as we age. For example, maintaining our bone mass and balancing our hormones become higher priorities and require the correct nutritional support.
Gender Specific – Men and women are physiologically different. As a result, so are the nutrients we require. The Progressive Adult Men's & Women's formulas take these differences into account. Specific ratios of vitamins, minerals and herbal extracts are incorporated into each formula to meet your unique requirements.
Activity Specific – If you exercise often your body needs additional nutrients. Increased energy production, greater free radical defense, electrolyte replacement and the maintenance of muscle tone all elevate your nutritional demands. The Progressive “Active” formulas contain higher potencies of the key nutrients responsible for supporting a more active lifestyle.

Chew 1 tablet with breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a total of 3 tablets per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners, cardiac glycosides such as digitalis/digoxin, medications for blood pressure, diabetes, high blood pressure or seizures, if you are a tobacco smoker, or if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulations (e.g. blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen), as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. If you are taking any other medications or natural health products, consult a health care practitioner prior to use, as black pepper/piperine may alter their effectiveness. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
