HOW TO USE IT

Before Bedtime
R1 Casein is best used during extended periods of downtime, like at bedtime or between meals.

Mixing Directions:

Mix one (1) heaping scoop of R1 Casein with 10-12 oz. of water, milk, or your favorite beverage in a shaker cup or 16 oz. glass. Shake or stir it up! Set your blender on high to make it extra smooth.

Alternate Suggested Use:
